In the western world for as long as anyone can remember – we have been highlighting mistakes and correcting them. That approach has slowed our development to only be as good as our least worst thing!
The strengths-based approach is a so simple yet so powerful mindset which flips that paradigm. Instead of focussing on fixing weaknesses, we focus on developing existing strengths which leads to excellence and highest performance.
