In this keynote, I highlight the simple but powerful truth that diversity and difference can be exciting, intriguing, and stimulating and should not be construed as strange. Different not strange!
In this globalised business world we live in, we are faced with cross-cultural challenges every day and it is the mindset with which we embrace these challenges that will most affect our productivity.
Through a series of short games, simulations and challenges I animate my audiences to reflect on the fascination of difference and, hopefully, open their eyes to the many benefits of intercultural sensitivity.
